Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Start your 14-day Manor Keeper Pro trial with just your email. You'll only need a card when you choose to upgrade after the trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account reverts to the free plan. You keep all your transaction data, but reports, bank import, and receipt storage are locked until you upgrade to Manor Keeper Pro. If you have more than 3 units, you will need Pro to keep adding units.
What counts as a "unit"?
Each rentable space you track counts as one unit. A duplex with two apartments is two units, even if you added it as a single property. A single-family home is one unit. Free includes 3 units; Pro is $9/month plus $1 per unit past 3.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. Your data stays accessible on the free plan.
